State of Emergency in Hot Springs, NC

On Friday, September 27, Downtown Hot Springs, NC faced severe devastation from the flooding caused by Hurricane Helene. The storm left much of our downtown in ruins, with numerous businesses destroyed and critical infrastructure, including water, sewer, electricity, and communication systems, heavily impacted. Cleanup and recovery efforts have begun and are expected to continue for several weeks.

  • Town Meeting Updates

    The next town meeting will be held at 59 Meadow Ln at 11:00AM, Tuesday, October 15th.

  • No Tractor-Trailers or Large Vehicles!

    November 5th-7th, no commercial tractor trailers, or vehicles over 40 feet in length will be allowed on Highway 25/70 through Hot Springs due to utility work. Plan now for an alternate route.

  • November Town Hall Meeting

    The Town Hall Meeting for will be held Monday, November 04th at 6:00PM. The meeting will be held at Hot Springs Freewill Baptist Church (772 River Rd)

  • Free Walk-in Vet Clinic 10/29!

    Dr. Bennett has arranged with a few volunteer veterinarians/vet techs to hold a free pop-up, walk-in vet clinic on Tuesday, October 29th from 12-6pm in the grass between the Hot Springs Rafting Co and the post office in Hot Springs, NC. 

  • Where to find food, water, and supplies

    Hot Springs First Baptist Church (35 Meadow Ln). Hours for pickup will be Tuesday & Thursday from 2:00PM-6:00PM and Saturday from 10:00AM-2:00PM.
